Dan is de functie van Business Developer Brussels echt iets voor jouSluit je bij ons aan om de omzet te boosten, onze teams te ondersteunen en Daoust te laten schitteren in jouw regio.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAls Business Developer Brussels speel je een sleutelrol in de commerciële ontwikkeling en prestaties van jouw regio:Ontwikkelen van de Brusselse klantenportefeuille: prospectie, acquisitie, commerciële acties en opvolging van potentiële prospects.Behouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten: klantenbezoeken, business events, ontwikkeling van relaties en commerciële opportuniteiten.Aansturen en begeleiden van de JobCenter-teams bij hun commerciële acties en projecten (call actions, coaching, enz.).Beheren en intern opvolgen van bestellingen.Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteitsprocessen en de toepassing van het pricingbeleid.Opzetten van rekruterings- en commerciële acties in de volledige regio.Bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur in management, commercie of HR).Relevante ervaring (minstens 5 jaar) in een commerciële functie en/of in een interimkantoor.Ondernemende mindset, resultaat- en oplossingsgericht.Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en het vermogen om een positieve dynamiek binnen teams te creëren.Vlotte beheersing van IT-tools (Microsoft Office, jobboards, sociale media…).Goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving (een pluspunt).Zeer goede kennis van het Frans (moedertaal of gelijkwaardig) en het Nederlands.Grote mobiliteit en flexibiliteit binnen de functie.Aantrekkelijk salarisBedrijfswagenIndividuele & collectieve bonussenMaaltijdchequesCafetariaplan (multimedia, mobiliteit & warrants)Uitgebreide gezondheidsverzekering (hospitalisatie, tandzorg & ambulant)Groepsverzekering32 verlofdagen (20 wettelijke + 12 ADV)Ontwikkelingsplan om je vaardigheden te versterken (opleidingen, coaching, enz.)Flexibele werkurenMogelijkheid tot telewerkDoorgroeimogelijkhedenFrançais, Business, Recrutement, Coaching, Management, Pack Microsoft, Acquisition, Réseautage social, Législation sociale, Néerlandais, Sociale media, Frans, Politique, Klanten werven, Développement, Ressources humaines, MS Office Suite, Sociale wetgeving, MS Office Suite, Coaching, Business, Entrepreneuriat, Informatique, Nederlands, Pricing
