Assurer la création, la maintenance et le déploiement automatisé d'applications dans un environnement Microsoft (SCCM, Intune), en respectant les standards internes et les guidelines Microsoft. Participer activement aux processus d'analyse, de packaging, d'automatisation et de suivi des demandes. Responsabilités clés Analyse & coordination: Réaliser l'intake Shs : analyser les demandes, rechercher les applications existantes, challenger les besoins, écouter les utilisateurs. Participer aux réunions Shs avec les équipes pour discuter des demandes et valider les points d'intake. Assurer le suivi Shs : gestion des Ritm et des tâches associées. Packaging & automatisation: Créer des installations silencieuses et automatisées pour des ensembles d'applications, conformément aux guidelines Microsoft et internes. Rédiger la documentation associée. Développer des outils d'automatisation et des rapports pour optimiser les processus. Gérer l'importation Safenet / Mcn. Créer et importer des applications dans Intune. Configurer des Applications Group ou Task Sequence dans SCCM. Assurer un backup en cas d'indisponibilité du packager principal. SCCM & déploiement: Gérer et déployer des applications via SCCM (standalone ou mass deployment). Créer et maintenir la documentation SCCM. Surveiller les déploiements et gérer les Ritm/tâches. Tests & environnements: Installer et tester via Pmpc (pré/post scripts). Préparer et configurer des VM de test (vSphere). Créer, configurer et maintenir des machines pour Asset, Engineering, Ttt et Business. Compétences requises Techniques: Packaging d'applications (MSI, Exe, scripts). SCCM (gestion, déploiement, monitoring). Intune (création et import d'applications). Automatisation (scripts PowerShell, outils internes). Connaissance des guidelines Microsoft. Environnements virtuels (vSphere, VM). Soft skills: Diplomatie Négociation Capacité à convaincre Coordination Communication claire et efficace Langues: Anglais : B1Français : B2Néerlandais : B2Expérience: Minimum 5 ans dans le packaging et le déploiement d'applications en environnement Microsoft. Atouts supplémentaires: Connaissance des outils Pmpc. Expérience en création de scripts d'automatisation. Bonne compréhension des processus ITIL (gestion des demandes, suivi).
