Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Investment funds – Attorney – Finance – Law firm •You will be responsible for the formation and restructuring of AIFs and UCITS funds.
•You will maintain direct contact with clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
•Your role will include drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
•You will also contribute to the business development of the firm.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members in their daily tasks will be part of your responsibilities.
• Advising clients on their projects and strategies will be a key aspect of your mission.
Profile and Career Path | Lawyer – Investment funds – Attorney – Finance – Law firm •You have at least 5 years of experience as a funds lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, enabling you to quickly adapt to your new position.
•Fluency in both French and English is essential to ensure effective communication with colleagues and clients.
•You possess a strong understanding of AIFs , which is critical for this role. Familiarity with UCITS is a significant advantage.
•To excel in your role, you are proactive , dynamic , and possess a rigorous approach to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
