De functie
Als Functional Analyst ben je de sleutelpersoon tussen de business- en IT-teams, om de functionele samenhang van de ontwikkelde oplossingen te garanderen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Analyse van de bedrijfsbehoeften : Identificeren, begrijpen en formaliseren van de functionele vereisten samen met de stakeholders.
Opstellen van functionele specificaties : Vertalen van businessvereisten naar duidelijke en gedetailleerde IT-oplossingen.
Samenwerken met technische teams : Nauw samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en architecten om de haalbaarheid van de oplossingen te garanderen.
Optimalisatie en procesverbetering : Innovatieve oplossingen voorstellen om de prestaties van de applicaties te verbeteren.
Testen en validatie : Deelnemen aan testfases, functionele problemen identificeren en corrigeren.
Ondersteuning en training : Gebruikers begeleiden bij de implementatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
Profiel
Opleiding : Bachelor of Master in IT, business management, engineering of een gelijkaardig domein
Ervaring : Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Functional Analyst, Business Analyst of een vergelijkbare functie
Talen : Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt en maakt je een ideale kandidaat
Sectorervaring : Ervaring in de verzekeringssector of fintech is een troef
