Als 2nd line Onsite Support Engineer, bestaat jouw taakomschrijving uit vier verschillende onderdelen
Als eerste ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle onsite ondersteuning en installaties.
Wanneer dit in orde is, ben jij degene die de users opleidt over de nieuwe producten.
Nieuwe producten dienen meestal ter vervanging: jij bent dan ook verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van oudere infrastructuur.
En als laatste is het ook jouw taak om de data van de oude infrastructuur correct en volledig te kopiëren naar de nieuwe toestellen.
Wie zoeken we?
Wel, een 2nd line Onsite Support Engineer, dus. En, idealiter... ben jij dat Tenminste, wanneer je jezelf kan vinden in volgende omschrijving
Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en vindt dit geen probleem: je zal tenslotte soms alleen op een locatie zijn.
Je bent flexibel ingesteld: je zal je dikwijls moeten verplaatsen naar verschillende locaties?—?en je vindt deze aanpassingen een fluitje van een cent.
Je bent vlot in de omgang en communicatief: je komt tenslotte met zeer veel mensen in contact.
Daarbij aansluitend ben je ook eenvoudig aanspreekbaar en klantgericht: zoals eerder gezegd, zal jij de users opleiden?—?en hiervoor is een bepaalde vlotheid absoluut noodzakelijk.
Je bent stressbestendig: je zal terechtkomen in high pace omgevingen waar je moeiteloos op hetzelfde tempo moet meedraaien.
Met welke skills goochel jij?
Om bovenstaande zaken probleemloos te kunnen opnemen, verwachten wij dat jij onderstaande skills op zak hebt
Je hebt de nodige Hardware kennis (laptop, desktop, printer, ...)
Je hebt al een eerste ervaring achter de rug betreffende installatie en configuratie van laptops en desktops.
Je hebt een goeie kennis van Office en Office365.
Je kan werken met Windows 10.
Je kan aan de slag met software pushing tools, zoals SCCM en Altiris.
Je kent de basis netwerkinfrastructuur (CCNA, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, routers, switches, ...)
Je hebt een basiskennis betreffende virtualisatie (VMware)
Je hebt skills als IT admin.
Je kan werken met Active Directory (user management, group policy)
Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
Je hebt een goeie kennis van het Engels & Nederlands, en je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
