pOur client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pOur client currently has a vacancy for a Web Operations Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. /p pbJob type: /bContract /p pbLocation: /bBrussels, Belgium /p pbWorkplace: /bOnsite /p pbDeadline: /b20/04/2026 /p pPlease note that we can consider only EU candidates for this position due to security clearance. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT; /li liExperience with Service Now, SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 knowledge; /li liExperience with information architecture UX; /li liExperience with structuring content using Service Now and SharePoint features, tagging and taxonomy, user navigation flows, and optimizing for findability and engagement; /li liExperience with web content creation editorial skills; /li liKnowledge of user-oriented architecture, usability and user-centred design; /li liExcellent command of the English language /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and review the information architecture and the navigation structure of future and existing HR content; /li liStructure and organise HR content using features such as web parts, components, sections, metadata, and navigation to enhance user experience and findability; /li liConduct quality assurance checks, including broken links, formatting consistency, and compliance with editorial and web accessibility guidelines; /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of the information architecture and the user journey across several sites; /li liConduct tests of the search and of the virtual agent to assess that business needs are met; /li liProvide web writing and editorial support, including rewriting, proofreading, and optimising content for readability, accessibility (WCAG), and internal search engine optimisation (SEO); /li liIdentify content that requires improvement, to better underpin business goals and respond to user needs; /li liPerform regular content updates and maintenance to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and freshness of published information; /li liCoordinate with content owners and stakeholders to ensure that content is published in a timely and effective manner; /li liSupport the community management with presentations, tutorials, support sessions, etc; /li liMonitor the key indicators and analytics such as usage, search, navigation or feedback to identify points of improvement for content effectiveness and user engagement. /li /ul
