FunctieomschrijvingAls projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor projecten op het gebied van hoog- en middenvoltage en/of automatisering en bescherming van netwerken. Je coördineert de activiteiten van het team van projectingenieurs en onderaannemers. Na een grondige inwerkperiode krijg je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het coördineren van alle operationele activiteiten met betrekking tot de uitvoering van het project en het opvolgen van de budgetten (kostencontrole, winstgevendheidsmonitoring en garanties).
- Het plannen en opvolgen van het werk om de gewenste deadlines te halen.
- Het toezien op de veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten.
- Het selecteren van en onderhandelen met externe leveranciers en onderaannemers en het bijbehorende coördineren en opvolgen.
- Projectdocumentatie: het beschikbaar stellen van alle documentatie en technische specificaties aan de betrokken partijen en het opvolgen van de juiste naleving.
- Het onderhouden van technisch-commerciële relaties met klanten met het oog op klanttevredenheid en het onderhouden en uitbreiden van langdurige relaties.
- Het aansteken en motiveren van een projectteam, bestaande uit projectingenieurs en onderaannemers.
- Het naleven van de kernwaarden veiligheid en integriteit, wat betekent dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je eigen handelen en zorgt voor je collega's en het bedrijf.
Jouw achtergrond
- Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding (bachelor of master) in elektrotechniek / energie-engineering.
- Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als projectmanager in de elektriciteitssector, bij voorkeur binnen hoog- of middenvoltage (of je hebt het vermogen om in die richting te groeien).
- Je hebt ervaring met site management.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent een echte organisator en hebt een analytische mindset.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de nodige commerciële inzichten.
- Je hebt geen bezwaar tegen occasionele reizen naar het buitenland.
