Job Description:As the Administration Assistant, your tasks will be to:
- Help with ongoing projects with the international project/event team
- Book meetings, send invitations & communications and follow-up
- Handle incoming mails and courier
- Make travel arrangements for managers going to different events worldwide (hotels, flights, transport, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Help with the organization of events (conferences, workshops, trainings) worldwide with specific focus on Europe
- Provide general admin support to the team
- Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch (or French)
- Minimum a bachelor degree obtained or equivalent by experience
- A first experience as e.g. Office Assistant, Management Assistant, etc. would be a plus
- Open-minded, social, positive, proactive mindset
- Hard-working, eager to learn and grow
- Organized, with an eye for detail and a passion for planning, checking & communicating/coordinating
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage deadlines (+the stress that can come with it)
- Creative in finding solutions
