Job Description:

As the Administration Assistant, your tasks will be to:

  1. Help with ongoing projects with the international project/event team
  2. Book meetings, send invitations & communications and follow-up
  3. Handle incoming mails and courier
  4. Make travel arrangements for managers going to different events worldwide (hotels, flights, transport, meeting rooms, etc.)
  5. Help with the organization of events (conferences, workshops, trainings) worldwide with specific focus on Europe
  6. Provide general admin support to the team
Qualifications:
  1. Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch (or French)
  2. Minimum a bachelor degree obtained or equivalent by experience
  3. A first experience as e.g. Office Assistant, Management Assistant, etc. would be a plus
  4. Open-minded, social, positive, proactive mindset
  5. Hard-working, eager to learn and grow
  6. Organized, with an eye for detail and a passion for planning, checking & communicating/coordinating
  7. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage deadlines (+the stress that can come with it)
  8. Creative in finding solutions
Work Environment:
