Your Profile:
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & spoken); Dutch or French would be an advantage
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (min. 1 year)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office O365 (excel, Share Point, Outlook etc)
- Knowledge Power Bi and Power Apps
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is an advantage
- Must be able to manage their job and time and work independently when needed
- Must be able to work in an international team cooperating with other departments

Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team/division description**:
Research and Development (R&D) in Europe is responsible for the planning, the development and the production of attractive, superior quality cars matching European market requirements.
**Your responsibilities**:
You will contribute to the efficient running of administrative processes in the R&D department, by supporting team with various tasks essential to effectively promote on-time delivery of projects and achievement of targets.
As an administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Purchase orders process
- Organise budget estimation and report status (prepare forms, follow up members)
- Tasks related to Share Point update/management
- Parts ordering using the internal Toyota parts ordering system
- Administrative support with various issues (communication with support center, etc.)
- Manage correspondence (distribution & sending of letters, packages, etc.)
- Preparation of events within R&D (arranging room, TEAMS event setup)
- Manage workwear for technicians
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Other clerical tasks as assigned from time to time
