Join our international and multidisciplinary team of dedicated consultants, and advise customers on matters related to the legal aspects of privacy, data protection, information security and other IT legal issues.

As a **Business Manager** at CRANIUM, you will:
- Build upon and **manage our team of Data Management consultants**, together with the Business Unit Manager;
- Build long-term relationships and **generate new business opportunities** by prospecting new customers and detecting potential upselling opportunities with existing customers;
- ** Lead projects** and coach your younger (junior) data management colleagues in the execution of their work.
**Who you are.**
- ** Evaluate** our customers’ **data management practices**, conduct interviews, analyse business processes and report to stakeholders;
- Support our customers in **analysing and designing** their data management, and use information technology to optimise their organisation’s operations and (strategic) objectives;
- Model, analyse and **optimise business processes** through business process management and data process mining;
- ** Ensure business data is integrated and visualised** for subsequent analyses - this with a view to data-driven operation.
