Pour notre client, entreprise spécialisée dans la gestion et la maintenance des systèmes de sécurité électronique, recherche un Team Leader - Sécurité pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Bruxelles. Description de la fonction

En tant que Team Leader Sécurité, vous avez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets variés, tout en supervisant une équipe de techniciens spécialisés dans la maintenance et le dépannage d'installations de sécurité électroniques, notamment dans le domaine de la détection incendie, au service du réseau de transport Bruxellois. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion d'équipe : Diriger une équipe de techniciens spécialisés dans la maintenance et le dépannage d'installations de sécurité électroniques, principalement en détection incendie.
  • Maintenance et dépannage : Intervenir sur des installations de sécurité électronique, en particulier la détection incendie, et assurer la qualité et la conformité des interventions.
  • Gestion de projets : Participer à des projets spécifiques pour la STIB et d'autres clients, assurer la planification des interventions et veiller à leur bonne exécution.
  • Suivi du personnel : Gestion du pointage, suivi des interventions et encadrement des techniciens, avec un management de proximité axé sur le bien-être et la performance de l'équipe.
  • Planification : Organiser les interventions liées aux installations sous contrat et assurer une gestion optimale du temps et des ressources de l'équipe.
Profil

 Êtes-vous le leader que nous recherchons ? 

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique 
  • Vous possédez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la maintenance et le dépannage d'installations de sécurité, avec une spécialisation en détection incendie.
  • Vous maîtrisez les systèmes de détection incendie et êtes à l'aise avec la gestion de projets techniques.
  • Vous êtes certifié VCA - Base, BA4, BA5.
  • Vous avez un esprit de leadership, êtes organisé et aimez travailler en itinérance dans la région bruxelloise.
  • Vous avez un bon sens du service et êtes capable de motiver votre équipe tout en garantissant la qualité des interventions.
