Infra & Cloud Technical Coordinator

h3Role Overview /h3 pAccenture is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Migration Project Technical Coordinator to plan, prepare and execute workloads and application migrations waves towards Public and private Clouds. Operating at the intersection of technical delivery and project governance, you will act as the go-to technical authority throughout the migration lifecycle — coordinating onshore and offshore teams, ensuring coherence of servers and application’s migration waves, driving change management through ServiceNow, and guaranteeing that every migration cycle is fully planned, prepared, tested, and executed flawlessly. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pYou will work in close collaboration with multiple interlocutors: Client Product Owners, stakeholders and SMEs, offshore/onshore delivery teams, Accenture infrastructure and Cloud SMEs, project technical executions teams to ensure end-to-end readiness, traceability, and on-time and successful delivery of migration waves. /p h3Planning Change Governance /h3 ul liDefine and validate migration strategy and approach aligned with client objectives, application discovery and associated technical constraints, business constraints, project timelines, project inter-dependencies… /li liDefine and validate migration planning with the Product Owner prior to each wave. /li liCreate and manage change requests in ServiceNow in line with ITSM best practices. /li liMaintain traceability between planning artefacts, change records, and execution outcomes. /li /ul h3Migration Execution Active Coordination /h3 ul liLead end-to-end the preparation of migration waves, from initial scoping through dry-runs and actual post-migration testing and validation. /li liRemain actively engaged during the execution of all migration activities, serving as the primary technical point of contact. /li liCoordinate offshore delivery teams, ensuring readiness at each stage and following up on progress and blockers. /li liProduce regular reporting on migration activities, status, and risk indicators for stakeholders and program governance layers. /li /ul h3Testing, Dry-Run Quality Assurance /h3 ul liDefine, Prepare and schedule migration tests and dry runs to guarantee go/no-go readiness before each wave. /li liValidate technical migration plans for completeness and accuracy before execution. /li liIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues arising during migration preparation and execution. /li /ul h3How We Reinvent /h3 pAt Accenture, we help organizations reinvent their business through cloud, infrastructure modernization, automation, data, AI, and next-generation platforms. /p pOur Infrastructure Cloud professionals support clients in: /p ul liCloud adoption and migration programs /li liData center consolidation and modernization /li liHybrid and multi-cloud transformation /li liInfrastructure automation and DevOps /li liPlatform engineering and cloud-native technologies /li liOperational resilience, security, and performance optimization /li /ul pBy combining industry expertise with leading technology partnerships, we enable clients to become more agile, innovative, and resilient. /p h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. /li liEquivalent practical experience will also be considered. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, or technical project coordination. /li liExperience coordinating migration activities in complex enterprise environments. /li liExperience working with distributed, offshore, or international delivery teams. /li liExposure to enterprise IT operations and infrastructure governance processes. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 h3Infrastructure Platforms /h3 ul liStrong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments. /li liExperience with SAN/NAS storage technologies. /li liKnowledge of backup and recovery solutions. /li liFamiliarity with infrastructure monitoring solutions. /li liExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Red Hat OpenShift. /li /ul h3Cloud Technologies /h3 ul liHands-on experience with one or more hyperscalers: /li liMicrosoft Azure /li liAmazon Web Services (AWS) /li liGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP) /li liKnowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and managed cloud services. /li /ul h3Migration Tooling /h3 ul liVMware HCX /li liVMware vCloud Director Availability (vCDA) /li liAzure Migrate /li liInfrastructure migration and conversion tools /li /ul h3Additional Technical Knowledge /h3 ul liWindows and Linux operating systems /li liScripting and automation concepts /li liDevOps tools and practices /li liData center hosting environments /li liLAN networking fundamentals /li liSecurity and firewall concepts /li liServiceNow, particularly Change Management /li /ul h3Leadership Coordination Skills /h3 ul liStrong stakeholder management and communication
