Our client, a leading Software, Information and
Communication Technologies company, operates internationally
(Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London,
Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned
supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational
corporations, public administrations and multinational companies,
research and academic institutes. Role Overview Our client
currently has a vacancy for a User Documentation and Training
Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert
who will be based in Brussels, Belgium.. In the context of the
first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in
the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate
with a major client’s IT team on site.

Belgium Workplace: Onsite Please note that we can consider only EU candidates for this position due to security clearance. Requirements University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT; Very good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Teams ,etc.) and SMT; Proven experience in training; Proven experience in the field of end-user support (telephone and online); Proven experience in drafting documentation, specifically training documentation (development and updating of manuals, coaching documents, course scenarios, FAQs, online help, online videos, quick guides, wikis update and testing of new applications); Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools: GIMP, ITIL, HTML, Flash, Visio, Confluence, Captivate, Camtasia would be an asset; Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in French. Responsibilities Design, preparation and provision of basic training courses and updating of these courses during the release of applications for all users in multiple departments; Development and updating of training material (drafting user manuals for the applications for which he/she is responsible, course scenarios and FAQs, development of e-Learning videos and online aids, drafting of web pages, testing of new versions of applications, etc.) in close cooperation with the owners and project manager; First-level training support for users, mainly by e-mail and telephone; Interaction with stakeholders (customer, users, project owners and the developers); Testing when requested by the project owner.
