Ze zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe Finance Manager, die het team zal leiden en tegelijkertijd ook operationeel ondersteunen.
Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële zaken van twee Belgische bedrijven binnen de groep. Je werkt nauw samen met twee teamleden, die rechtstreeks aan jou rapporteren. Je coördineert en beheert hun taken en hebt vooral een ledinggevende functie. Daarnaast fungeer je als Business Partner voor het Belgische Leadership-team.
- Verantwoordelijk voor financiële rapportages (maandelijks, kwartaal en jaarlijks)
- Analyse managementrapportages (cashflowprojecties en marges)
- Verantwoordelijk voor treasury (inclusief hedging)
- Coördinatie van intercompany-reconciliaties (globale consolidatie)
- Optimaliseer financiële processen
- Advisies Leadership-team met financiële analyses en aanbevelingen.
- Beheer audits, identificeer financiële risico's en implementeer verbeteringen.
- Aansturing van twee finance-collega's.
- Eerste contactpersoon voor externe partners zoals auditoren.
- Ondersteun strategische beslissingen met due diligence en transfer pricing-documentatie.
- Master/Bachelor in Finance/Economie (equivalent)
- Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring in Finance.
- Gevorderde Excel-vaardigheden.
- Ervaring met Power BI.
- Nauwkeurig en kritisch denkvermogen.
- Geplande, gestructureerde aanpak.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent een teamspeler, flexibel en neemt graag initiatief.
- Sterke kennis van financiële en boekhoudkundige principes (BE GAAP).
