pAs Business Controller, you will act as a trusted business partner within our Biscuits Bakery business unit, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across our international operations. /pulliAnalyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver clear commercial and operational analyses that support strategic decision-making. /liliDrive the monthly management reporting, ensuring the accuracy of financial results, KPIs, and performance insights across the business unit. /liliPlay a key role in the annual budgeting and transfer pricing processes by challenging assumptions, validating business cases, and monitoring financial impact of investments. /liliEvaluate and support strategic initiatives such as CAPEX investments, new product launches, and cost-saving projects through thorough financial analysis. /liliYou report directly to the Finance Director Biscuits Bakery. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pTo be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have: /pulliA Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical role. /liliAdvanced Excel skills, experience with SAP is considered a strong asset. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and challenge stakeholders constructively. /liliFluency in English, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of business stakeholders. /li /ulh3"It is pleasant to work in an environment with so much team spirit motivation.
