Jouw takenpakket kan er als volgt uitzien:Op basis van elektrische schema’s en layouts maak je een projectplan op.Je werkt de volledige automatisatie softwareoplossingen uit en werkt volgens een werkplanning.Je staat in voor de programmatie van PLC, HMI of SCADA. Hierbij gebruik je de voorgeprogrammeerde functieblokken en kan je functionaliteiten toevoegen met zelfgemaakte functieblokken. Aan de hand van de standaardblokken kun je sturingen modulair gaan opbouwen.Na het intern testen van de oplossing, ga je on-site om de machine of productielijn op te starten en problemen die zich voordoen op te lossen.Bij bestaande machines en PLC sturingen ga je in het geval van een storing gericht zoeken in de programma’s en handleidingen om het probleem correct op te lossen. Profiel Je beschikt over een goede kennis van motoren, industriële elektriciteit, elektrische componenten en sturingen.Elektrische schema’s lezen en interpreteren is voor jou een makkie.Beschik je over een goede mechanische, hydraulische of pneumatische kennis?
