IT Team Leader

pA leading European energy infrastructure organization is looking for a senior bTeam Leader Transition Manager /b to join its IT Architecture organization. The consultant will guide the Solution Architecture team while leading the transition toward a new operating model that merges Architecture and Product teams within approximately three months. The role will also contribute to the Enterprise Architecture team by helping establish governance, decision-making principles and a sustainable architecture operating model. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the target architecture operating model together with the existing teams and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders. /li liEstablish governance principles and decision-making frameworks. /li liClarify roles, responsibilities and interfaces between Product, Architecture and Delivery teams. /li liDrive and monitor the transition plan while ensuring continuity of delivery. /li liEnsure rapid implementation of the target operating model. /li liIdentify and remove organizational, process and stakeholder blockers. /li liFacilitate the integration of Architecture and Product teams. /li liBuild trust and collaboration between teams and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. /li liCreate momentum and team cohesion during the transition. /li liEnsure the merged organization becomes operational, effective and self-sustaining within the transition period. /li liProvide leadership with regular progress updates and pragmatic recommendations. /li liManage the workforce of Solution Architects across projects, products and other digital initiatives. /li liManage architecture requests and Solution Architect assignments. /li liMaintain assignments within the PPM tool SciForma. /li liParticipate in the IT Architecture steering group. /li liEstablish and enforce quality controls within the Solution Architecture team. /li liMonitor Solution Architecture activities and manage operational alerts and issues. /li liAct as a facilitator between strategic architecture vision and operational execution. /li /ul h3Must have /h3 ul liMore than b10 years of experience in transition management and project management /b. /li liStrong experience with IT processes and architecture methodologies. /li liKnowledge of standards and methodologies such as bITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate and Domain-Driven Design /b. /li liExperience with bcloud-native architecture patterns /b. /li liAbility to promote and enforce breference architectures /b. /li liKnowledge of bMicroservices Architecture /b. /li liKnowledge of bEvent-Driven Architecture /b. /li liFamiliarity with Gartner architecture frameworks such as bTIME for Application Portfolio Management /b. /li liExperience with architecture modelling tools such as bSparx Enterprise Architect /b or equivalent. /li liAbility to work autonomously and proactively engage stakeholders at different organizational levels. /li liStrong result-oriented mindset. /li liStrong collaboration and team-player mindset. /li liVery good presentation and communication skills. /li liGood command of bEnglish /b and bDutch and/or French /b. /li liAbility to work on-site in Brussels approximately btwo days per week /b. /li liFor non-EU consultants working in Belgium, a valid Belgian work permit and residence permit are required. /li /ul h3Should have /h3 ul liExperience leading or coordinating teams of bSolution Architects /b. /li liStrong Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture background. /li liExperience translating architecture strategy into operational actions. /li liExperience defining architecture governance and decision-making models. /li liExperience managing organizational and stakeholder dependencies during transformations.li /liliExperience managing architecture capacity, requests and assignments across multiple digital initiatives. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience within the bEnergy Utilities sector /b. /li liExperience with mergers, organizational integrations or similar transformation initiatives. /li liReal-world experience architecting, designing and delivering IT products in an bAgile environment /b. /li liExperience with bSciForma /b or comparable Project and Portfolio Management tools. /li /ul h3Who we are /h3 pCommunity Consulting goes beyond traditional consulting; it’s all about fostering connections in an atmosphere of trust and confidence.br/bTransparency Honesty /b : We say things as they are.
