FunctieomschrijvingWij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en data-gerichte Digital Marketing Expert die ons team komt versterken. Ben jij enthousiast over Digital Marketing, Data Analytics en het optimaliseren van campagnes? Wil jij je inzetten voor het verbeteren van de digitale strategie en communicatie? Dan willen wij graag met jou kennismaken
Hoe ziet je takenpakket eruit?
- Bepalen van de communicatiestrategie en doelstellingen voor de verschillende digitale kanalen, in samenwerking met de communicatie- en strategiecollega's
- Verantwoordelijk voor het publiceren van content en optimaliseren van de gebruikerservaring op de website, het verspreiden via diverse kanalen, en het beheren van Social Media communicatie, marketingcampagnes en ambassadeursprogramma's.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van tagging en tracking via Google Tag Manager en Google Analytics 4, in samenwerking met externe specialisten
- Monitoren en analyseren van de impact van communicatiecampagnes en het voorstellen van verbeteringen om de prestaties te optimaliseren
- Actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden voor verbetering binnen digitale tools, content, processen en andere relevante gebieden
- Vergroten van de impact van digitale campagnes door het ontwikkelen van contentstrategieën en creatieve elementen
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing
- Master of bachelor in marketing, communicatie of bedrijfsbeheer.
- Ervaring in campagnebeheer en het managen van projecten van A tot Z, met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden
- Ervaring in het coördineren van externe partners, zoals marketingbureaus, is een pluspunt
- Analytisch ingesteld, data gestuurd, en ervaren in het gebruik van analytische tools zoals Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio en/of BigQuery
- Kennis van sociale media communicatie en advertising, met ervaring in Facebook Ads en LinkedIn-advertentiemanager
- Ervaring met het publiceren van content via een CMS; kennis van Umbraco en/of Hubspot is een pluspunt; kennis van SEO is eveneens een pluspunt
- Uitstekende beheersing van Frans en Nederlands (geschreven en gesproken), met goede kennis van Engels
- In staat om één of meerdere projecten autonoom, nauwgezet en resultaatgericht te beheren, met een groeimindset
