Onze klant is een dynamische KMO in volle expansie. Sinds de opstart is het bedrijf gegroeid van 3 naar 9 medewerkers en blijft het zich verder ontwikkelen. De focus ligt op sales, aankoop en magazijn, maar de administratieve kant van het bedrijf heeft nu extra ondersteuning nodig. Daarom zoeken wij een proactieve office manager die helpt bij de opbouw van een gestructureerd administratief proces.
FunctieomschrijvingAls office manager heb je een allround administratieve rol met een breed takenpakket. Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerder en het team op diverse administratieve domeinen:
- Ondersteuning boekhouding: Inboeken van facturen, opvolgen van debiteuren en crediteuren
- Fleet & Facilities Management: Beheer van het wagenpark en faciliteiten van de gebouwen.
- Overheidsdossiers: Administratieve afhandeling van samenwerkingen met de overheid.
- Algemene administratieve ondersteuning: Je bent de spilfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat de administratie vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
We zoeken een administratief sterk profiel met affiniteit met boekhouding. Je hoeft geen expert te zijn, maar we verwachten dat je de basisprincipes beheerst en zelfstandig aan de slag kunt.
- Ervaring een soortgelijke administratieve functie.
- Boekhoudkundige kennis: Ervaring met facturen inboeken en financiële opvolging.
- Talen: Nederlandstalig met een goede basiskennis van het Frans en het Duits
- Zelfstandig & Vertrouwenspersoon: Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid.
- Flexibel & gestructureerd: Je werkt parttime (20 uur/week) met flexibele werkuren.
- Beschikbaarheid: Je kan snel opstarten.
