An organization operating in the retail industry, based near Brussels.

As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:

Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.

A successful Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the retail industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Proficiency in managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
