Join one of the largest Commercial Contracts and Litigation practices in Belgium, where you will draft and negotiate high-stakes commercial contracts for businesses of all sizes across a wide range of sectors, and represent them before the commercial courts. You will share their enthusiasm for their projects and help them find sound, pragmatic and cost-conscious solutions, from the first idea through to the closing of the deal. /ppAs a member of the team, you will be at the centre of this work. You will help clients design strategic business structures, navigate critical challenges, and prevent or resolve disputes. No two days will be the same: you will tackle complex matters involving industrial construction and engineering, supply and distribution, joint ventures and production transformation agreements, in key sectors such as energy, chemicals, agro-business, pharmaceuticals and retail.
