Business Development Manager (M/F) – Shoring & Scaffolding | Belgium | 100% Remote
Belgium (Home-Based) | Company Car | Permanent Contract
Are you passionate about business development and looking to join a leading international group in the construction industry?
Our client is a well-established international company specializing in shoring and scaffolding solutions for construction, public works, industry, historical restoration and events. As part of its continued growth in Belgium, the company is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen its commercial team.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business across your assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new customers and construction projects.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, SMEs, site managers and industrial clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare, negotiate and close commercial proposals.
- Manage projects from contract signature through completion.
- Coordinate on-site teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting on commercial activity and business performance.
Your Profile
2–5 years of experience in shoring, scaffolding, or a technical construction-related environment.
Fluent in French with a very good command of Dutch (full bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage).
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and project management abilities.
Self-motivated, autonomous and customer-oriented.
Valid driver's licence.
