pAs a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their commercial processes, translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, and help implement, configure and optimize their Veeva environment. /p pYou will combine hands-on Veeva expertise with a strong consulting mindset: engaging directly with customers, asking the right questions, challenging requirements constructively and advising on the most appropriate solution. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liLead customer workshops and discovery sessions. /li liTranslate business needs into practical Veeva CRM solutions and configuration decisions. /li liConfigure and maintain Veeva Vault CRM and related solutions. /li liSupport migrations from Veeva CRM on Salesforce to Veeva Vault CRM, including data migration, testing, validation, deployment and go-live. /li liAssess existing CRM configurations and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liInvestigate and resolve functional and technical issues. /li liDefine functional integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on connected systems. /li liPrepare functional and configuration documentation. /li liSupport customers through testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilization. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants and implementation partners. /li liShare knowledge and contribute to Carealize methodologies and best practices. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pTypically, you bring around 5 years of relevant Veeva CRM experience. /p h3You have /h3 ul liStrong hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM or related Veeva Commercial solutions. /li liExperience in CRM implementation, configuration or consulting. /li liExperience working directly with business users and customer stakeholders. /li liExperience translating business requirements into practical system solutions. /li liAbility to independently configure, test and troubleshoot CRM functionality and own a functional workstream. /li liGood understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes. /li liExperience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or another relevant Life Sciences environment. /li liExperience in implementation, rollout, enhancement or migration projects. /li liProfessional fluency in English and Dutch. /li liThe legal right to work in Belgium and current residence in Belgium. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with both Veeva CRM on Salesforce and Veeva Vault CRM. /li liExperience with Veeva Events Management, Align, Network, PromoMats or other connected commercial systems. /li liSalesforce administration or configuration experience. /li liUnderstanding of APIs and integration concepts. /liliSQL or other data querying experience. /li liExperience working in Agile delivery environments. /li liRelevant Veeva and/or Salesforce certifications. /li liProfessional knowledge of French. /li /ul h3How you work /h3 pYou communicate confidently with business and IT stakeholders, explain technical concepts clearly, ask thoughtful questions and challenge assumptions constructively when needed.
