- 18 months (possible extentions) Hybrid – Brussels 3 days on-site English-speaking Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
- Gather and prioritise business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with process owners and key stakeholders
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and ERP functionality
- Support process standardisation and continuous improvement
- Develop functional specifications and process documentation
- Support end-to-end solution design across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Operations
- Work closely with architects, developers and implementation partners
- Support testing, data migration, go-live and hypercare activities Profile
- Strong experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor or similar
- Experience supporting ERP implementation, transformation or rollout programmes
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and fit-gap analysis experience
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working with implementation partners and technical teams
- Professional working English Project Context
