Key Responsibilities
/h3 ul liAnalyzing and optimizing remuneration strategies and structures. /li liDesign and implement new reward models that fit modern expectations. /li liSupporting studies and reports for internal and external stakeholders. /li liStaying ahead of regulatory changes and tech innovations shaping HR Reward. /li liResearching and reporting on the EU Transparency Directive and its impact on pay policies. /li liYou’ll work on real impact projects that shape the future of work. /li liYou’ll gain expertise in HR, tax, and labor law trends. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou will obtain a master’s degree in economics, Law, HR, Taxation, or a related field; /li liYou have excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch.
