ppAre you the bIT Security Officer /b who can strengthen cybersecurity, IT risk, resilience, and disaster recovery across a leading organization in Brussels? /ppWe are looking for an bIT Security Officer /b with a strong focus on bIT resilience, Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and IT Risk Management /b. /ppYou will be part of the bCISO organization /b and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s security posture, manage information and IT risks, and ensure critical services can withstand and recover from disruptions. /ppThis is a broad security role that combines bInformation Security, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and security governance /b. You will have visibility across the organization and play an important role in translating security and resilience requirements into practical initiatives. /ph3Rolenformation Security /h3ulliContribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the bInformation Security Management System (ISMS) /b. /liliHelp define, maintain, and implement information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. /liliProvide bsecurity advice and guidance /b for IT and business projects. /liliAssess security risks and ensure appropriate security controls are implemented. /liliSupport information and cyber security incident management, including coordination of forensic activities. /liliContribute to security awareness initiatives, training, and communications. /liliCoordinate and follow up on security projects and initiatives within the CISO organization. /liliWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve the organization's overall security posture. /li /ulh3IT Risk Management /h3ulliIdentify, assess, monitor, and report bIT and information security risks /b. /liliMaintain the information and IT risk registers and provide management reporting. /liliPerform risk assessments, including bBusiness Impact Assessments and Threat Vulnerability Assessments /b. /liliHelp embed risk management practices into business and IT processes. /liliProvide tactical security and risk advice to stakeholders and project teams. /li /ulh3IT Security Resilience Disaster Recovery /h3ulliAct as a key point of contact for bIT resilience and security continuity /b. /liliAssess the resilience and Disaster Recovery readiness of applications, infrastructure, and IT services. /liliReview security and resilience documentation together with technical architects and subject matter experts. /liliEnsure appropriate security and recovery requirements are incorporated into IT projects and operational processes. /liliWork with external service providers to assess and obtain assurance around security, resilience, and service recovery. /liliDevelop and mature the bDisaster Recovery testing cycle /b for applications and data. /liliAnalyze and report on recovery test results and identify opportunities for improvement. /liliEnsure IT security and continuity requirements are aligned with wider Business Continuity objectives. /li /ul /p
