- The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual
- obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.
- Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
- Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Following up on contractual disputes.
- Supporting customer in disputes with customer’s suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider.
Required skills and knowledge:
Must have:
- Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
- Knowledge of contract law.
- Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
- Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
- Should have working experience with customer Contract management team.
Must have for contract manager
- knowledge and practical understanding of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2 (Any 1-2 of these)
- hands‑on, operational execution experience – day-to-day experience
