• Provide legal and sourcing support for IT software-related procurement and contracting activities.
• Advise on sourcing and contract management matters, ensuring a compliant and well-documented approach.
• Support public-sector procurement processes for software and/or IT services.
• Contribute to assignment execution with a high level of on-site availability as required by the organization. Profile
• At least 10 years of experience in IT legal advisory within sourcing or contract management, specifically in IT/software-related projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public-sector procurement of software and/or IT services.
• Strong ability to demonstrate relevant experience clearly through the CV. Technical Skills
• Solid background in IT legal advisory.
• Experience in sourcing and contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in a public-sector context.
• Experience with software and IT services-related assignments. Practical Information
• This is a long-term consulting opportunity with an estimated assignment horizon through the end of 2027.
• The role is part-time, at 0.5 FTE.
• On-site presence is required up to five days per week, depending on business needs.
• Languages required: fluent English, Dutch, and French. Dutch or French should be at C1 level, with the other languages at least B2 level.
