The overall objective of this position is to design frameworks to better budget and monitor financial performance and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of financial operations. /p pYou will work closely with various financial leaders including the Deputy CFO, Head of Controlling, Head of National Service Centres and Shared Service Centres, and other functional leaders as needed. /p pThe Finance Chief of Staff will follow up and advise on strategic programmes, establish goals, set major milestones, and track progress to inform the CFO. You will ensure deadlines are respected with the highest quality delivered, evaluate project performance against goals and take necessary actions to address deviations. /p h3Objectives /h3 ul liOversee the development and execution of financial policies to support key objectives; /li liAnalyse and define improvement opportunities for, and digitalise finance processes to improve, the services delivered to the Eurofins companies and other core functions (quality, cost, speed and effectiveness); /li liMore generally, participate in or lead other projects in corporate support departments (HR, procurement, IT…) as and if needed; /li liPlay a key role in the maintenance of succession planning efforts and training plans within your scope. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbProfile description /b: /p ul liA minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a top strategy consulting and/or audit/transaction services firm; /li liStrong project management skills and experience in leading finance transformation projects, strategic missions, MA sourcing and/or integration, or finance systems deployment; /li liExperience working in an international environment in fast-moving companies; /li liHands‑on change management experience. /li /ul pbPersonal skills /b: /p ul liRigorous and strong analytical skills; /li liOrganisational skills with high attention to detail; /li liExcellent communication and people skills; /li liAbility to conceptualise and implement new processes; /li liAbility to influence and lead people through new processes; /li liA dynamic and ambitious person with an entrepreneurial mindset; /li liAbility to perform under pressure with a high level of drive and energy; /li liCollaborative and constructive. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe support your development Do you feel like you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
