pSenior IT Agile Delivery Manager – ERP / SaaS / HR Finance Systems /pbrAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.brpLocation: Brussels, Belgium /ppContract: 12 months /ppHybrid: 8 days onsite per month in Brussels, remainder remote /ppDay Rate: Negotiable /ppRole Overview /ppWe are looking for an experienced Senior IT Agile Delivery Manager to lead complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives across a large international organisation. /ppThis is a senior, hands-on delivery role with end-to-end ownership of complex IT projects and Epics, particularly across ERP, SaaS, enterprise applications and corporate systems supporting functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance and Legal. /ppYou will operate at the intersection of business and technology, coordinating multiple teams, senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers while ensuring successful delivery from initial mobilisation and planning through implementation, cutover and transition into operations. /ppThis is not a Scrum Master position. We are looking for someone with genuine accountability for complex technology delivery, including scope, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, suppliers and outcomes. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliOwn the end-to-end delivery of one or more complex technology projects or Epics across corporate functions, technology teams, entities, locations and third-party suppliers. /liliTranslate strategic objectives and business requirements into clear delivery roadmaps, scope, milestones, outcomes and acceptance criteria. /liliBuild and maintain integrated delivery plans and forecasts covering resources, budgets, procurement, risks, dependencies, environments, releases and operational readiness. /liliMobilise and lead cross-functional teams spanning business, IT, architecture, security, data, operations and external suppliers. /liliUnderstand the wider functional and technology landscape and proactively identify and manage cross-platform dependencies and delivery risks. /liliManage scope, RAID, changes and delivery challenges, escalating where appropriate and driving issues through to resolution. /liliCoordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams/squads while maintaining overall programme/project governance and accountability. /liliEnsure delivery meets internal standards covering security, resilience, architecture, data, procurement and technology governance. /liliManage third-party software, SaaS, cloud and technology suppliers throughout the delivery lifecycle. /liliProvide clear and concise reporting to sponsors, senior management and governance forums. /liliDrive quality throughout delivery, including testing, UAT, release, cutover, business adoption, service transition and benefits realisation. /liliBuild trusted relationships between corporate-function stakeholders and technology teams. /li /ulpEssential Experience /ppWe are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: /pulliSignificant experience as an IT Agile Delivery Manager, Senior IT Project Manager, Technology Delivery Manager or Epic Delivery Owner. /liliProven end-to-end ownership of large, complex technology transformation initiatives. /liliStrong experience delivering ERP, packaged software, SaaS, cloud-hosted or enterprise application implementations, migrations and/or upgrades. /liliExperience delivering technology change supporting corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal or Procurement. /liliStrong delivery discipline across planning, budgeting, financial management, resource forecasting, RAID, dependency management and governance. /liliExperience coordinating multiple technology teams/squads and complex business stakeholder groups. /liliStrong vendor and third-party supplier management experience. /liliAbility to understand both business processes and the underlying technology landscape, including applications, data, integrations and dependencies. /liliProven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior business and technology stakeholders. /liliPractical experience working within Agile delivery frameworks, alongside experience operating in complex Hybrid and/or Waterfall environments where required. /liliStrong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. /liliFluent professional English. /li /ulpHighly Desirable /ppExperience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated environment would be particularly valuable, as would previous involvement in major corporate-function platform transformations. /ppAdditional desirable experience includes outsourcing/offshoring, operational resilience, information security, service transition and working with major software or cloud vendors. /ppRelevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, SAFe or equivalent would be beneficial, alongside experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira and Microsoft 365. /ppContract D
