These are strategic technological projects based on collaborative initiatives that stand out for their international focus and a strong commitment to socially oriented results. /ppWe are looking for a bFull-Stack ServiceNow Developer /b(Fusion Development Engineer) to join an international environment supporting business-continuity and crisis-management platforms used by European institutions and stakeholders. /ppbBased in Brussels /b(near-site, with on-site presence when required), you will combine bfull-stack Java/Angular /b development with low-code engineering on ServiceNow, building, configuring and integrating mission-critical applications. /ph3What you'll do /h3pDevelop front-end and back-end applications, designing user interactions and implementing core business logic. /ppDesign and develop APIs and responsive applications, applying data and security best practices. /ppDevelop and maintain features across the stack (Java/JEE back-end and front-end), including unit and integration testing. /ppDeploy and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerisation, applying software quality practices. /ppDesign and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, using UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer and Glide scripting. /ppImplement and maintain integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC). /ppDevelop ServiceNow Service Portals and Workspaces and apply security-by-design (access controls, roles, audit logging). /ppPerform platform maintenance (patches, upgrades, instance health) and troubleshooting. /ppProduce technical documentation. /ph3What we're looking for /h3pMaster's degree (EQF level 7) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of IT professional experience. /ppAt least 5 years of software development experience, including Java enterprise back-end (Java, Spring, Hibernate) and front-end development. /ppPractical experience designing, developing and configuring applications on a low-code platform (ServiceNow or equivalent), including workflow configuration. /ppExperience with system integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Git). /ppA ServiceNow certification (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent). /ppExperience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and complex SQL; MongoDB is a plus. /ppKnowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT. /ppEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higher. /ph3Nice to have /h3pServiceNow module certification (e.g. Business Continuity Management / GRC). /ppJava/JEE, AWS or Azure Developer, Agile/Scrum certifications or training. /ppExperience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), Docker and Kubernetes. /ppExperience with crisis-management, business-continuity or mission-critical platforms in public administration or international organisations. /ppPrevious experience working within European Institutions or large international organisations. /ph3What
