DHL is dedicated to being a great place to work. bStart YOUR career with DHL today /b /p pDHL Express is looking for a bHR Business Partner /b in Diegem. /p h3bHow will you contribute to the success of DHL? /b /h3 ul liAct as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level /li liDevelop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across the DHL group /li liUndertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle /li liFacilitate the complete recruitment process from Approval to Screening. /li liCoaching advising line management /li liProvide input to and participate in local implementation of HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent /li liSupport business growth or transformation/ change agenda to ensure a sustainable healthy organizational capability / act as a change agent /li liStay current with internal and external best HR practices and trends and labor legislation /li liAnticipate, identify and resolve risks or issues to ensure a successful outcome /li liCooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers /li liSupport managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees /li liFacilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive local learning development initiatives /li liConduct preparatory talks and meetings with managers and employees with respect to policy adherence and compliance. /li liEnhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations /li /ul pbDo you have what it takes? /b /p ul liMaster Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration/Labour Law certification is an advantage /li liMin. 6 years job related experience /liliExperience in recruitment /li liAbility to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers /li liUnderstand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise customers and key stakeholders /li liDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, often with limited guidelines. /li liWorks independently with very limited supervision, showing ownership and accountability for outcomes. /li liSound knowledge of the key HR processes /li liStrong communication and influencing skills /li liStrong interpersonal skills and relationship building ability /li liInnovative thinking adaptability /li liEye for compliance and standard control /li liIntermediate cross-cultural competence level /li liStrong customer – and solution orientation /li liFluency in Dutch and English are required; additional languages are considered an advantage. /li /ul bA rewarding package for a rewarding career /b pAt DHL
