Join Our Team as a Senior Manager Information Security
The Senior Manager Information Security role manages and maintains the global information security of the company.
The Senior Manager Information Security provides the necessary policies, procedures, controls, and guidelines to provide and maintain security. This involves implementations of new information technologies to provide mechanisms and controls
with the result of improving the overall information security standing. The Senior Manager Information Security also monitors the ICT environment and investigates data breaches, therefore it is the first point of contact in the company for data security.
Your Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- The implementation of information security industry standards in our regulated industry, in an implementor role.
- Recommend best practices and support the other business departments to ensure data safety in our regulated Gamp5 & GXP environments.
- Verify and ensure the operational compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, instructions, and guidelines about information security.
- Verify and ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards (GxP, 21CFR part11, GDPR, OECD, etc.).
- Advise on and implement security-by-design architecture of cloud and on-premise (Vmware ESX) environments.
- Monitor hardware-software and security-related processes and problems in regard to information security.
- Take the necessary steps to contain and stop breaches, leaks, or other information security incidents.
- Manage and perform periodic control measures.
- Investigate information security data incidents and create the necessary procedures, follow-ups, and mitigations.
- Install data safety methods to protect data integrity.
- Recommend to the other business units on technological, infrastructural, and software installations, updates, modifications, and implementations.
- Provide feedback to the CIO and Head of IT Operations about the current information security standard in the company.
- Contribute to the Cerba Group security roadmap implementing global platforms, SOC, and harmonizing our systems.
- Monitor, standardize, and create security KPI’s and reports across our organization.
- Be part of the Quality and client audit process, answering to RFP questionnaire for security during client contract negotiations.
- Lead the IT company security governance committee.
About You, You Have:
- A bachelor or Master in IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of industry standards in ICT and Information Security (ISO27001/NEN/ISAE/ITIL).
- Positive attitude and approach.
- Able to connect with stakeholders across the organization.
- Good knowledge of English and French (Cerba Healthcare Group and -CISO are French); Dutch is a plus.
- Self-motivation with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in life sciences is a plus.
