Leadership and team development
Take the lead at our CAR-T manufacturing plant, guiding it from start-up to full-scale commercial production. Build, manage, and inspire a team of skilled professionals by overseeing recruitment, training, and career development. Operational excellence
Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, maintaining full compliance with cGMP practices. You will manage every step of the manufacturing process, ensuring each batch meets the rigorous requirements of both clinical trials and commercial production.

Optimize production processes by analyzing performance data and implementing best practices. Through your strategic vision, you will drive innovation, streamline workflows, and elevate operational efficiency to set new industry benchmarks.
Cross-functional collaboration
Act as the cornerstone of collaboration, working closely with departments such as Quality Operations, Supply Chain, MS&T, and Production Maintenance. Your efforts will foster seamless teamwork, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Who are we looking for?
- Education: You possess a master's or Ph.D. in Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, or you have equivalent experience.
- Experience: You bring over 15 years of GMP manufacturing, including at least 5 years in aseptic GMP-manufacturing. A proven track record in managing diverse operational teams is essential, alongside experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is critical for effective communication in our international environment.
- Strengths: Resilient, forward-thinking, and capable of inspiring teams. You excel in problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of regulatory standards and quality control, with demonstrated success in managing complex operations.
