Competitions that involve a certain complexity and layering; that’s what I like working on as an architect. In the design team, you get time to research and design a project with a vision, thoroughly. That allows you to use your creativity and explore concepts. Then there are workshops, where we look at each other’s designs and brainstorm them. As a trainee, these are educational moments. /ppBesides work, you will get to know the team well on architectural trips, at architecture cafes, on team building exercises, at after-work drinks or simply over a game of table football. Colleagues become friends. Which makes the workplace still more congenial. All this means that I am still more than happy to have chosen B2Ai.
