You will play a central role in shaping a structured, scalable training ecosystem across all entities, with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and safety. /p pYou will operate as a manager-level individual contributor, working cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, Safety, and HR stakeholders worldwide. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to build something from the ground up. /p h3bA snapshot of what you will be doing here: /b /h3 pbTraining strategy governance /b /p ul lipDefine and implement a global training strategy across operational and technical domains /p /li lipBuild a standardized training framework and governance model across all entities /p /li lipAlign Group guidelines with local execution and ensure clear ownership /p /li /ul pbTraining needs program development /b /p ul lipDevelop and maintain a global competency and training matrix /p /li lipIdentify training needs and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and risk /p /li lipDesign structured learning paths (onboarding, recurrent training, certifications) /p /li lipBuild and manage a multi‑year training roadmap aligned with company priorities /p /li /ul pbTraining delivery compliance /b /p ul lipCoordinate internal and external training programs and manage key training partners /p /li lipEnsure all regulatory, safety, and legal training requirements are met globally /p /li lipSupport audits and adapt training programs to evolving requirements /p /li /ul pbPerformance stakeholder management /b /p ul lipDefine and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness, adoption, and ROI /p /li lipDrive continuous improvement and modern learning approaches /p /li lipCollaborate closely with global stakeholders and support local deployment of training programs. /p /li /ul h3bWe are looking for an individual who: /b /h3 ul lipHas +10 years of experience in training management, LD, or operational excellence /p /li lipBrings experience in technical, industrial, engineering, or aviation environments /p /li lipHas built and implemented structured, multi-location training programs /p /li lipThinks strategically while remaining hands‑on and execution‑focused /p /li lipDemonstrates strong stakeholder management and influencing skills /p /li lipIs comfortable working in a global, cross‑cultural environment /p /li lipUses data and KPIs to drive decisions and continuous improvement /p /li lipCommunicates clearly and organizes complex topics into practical frameworks /p /li /ul h3bWhy we think you will love working with us: /b /h3 ul lipYou’ll work at our HQ
