Description de la fonctionGestion des commandes
- Traiter les commandes des clients (confirmation de la disponibilité des produits aux clients et la communication sur la disponibilité future des articles en rupture de stock).
- Suivre les produits, par client, en fonction des recommandations du département Supply Chain et du Responsable du Service Client Benelux.
- Transmettre les commandes au partenaire logistique pour leur préparation.
- Suivre les livraisons et informer les clients du statut de leurs commandes.
Administration des ventes et du service après-vente
- Facturation des commandes livrées et envoi des factures aux clients.
- Archivage de tous les documents administratifs (commandes, factures, avoirs, fiches de retour, etc.).
- Création de commandes de retour.
- Gestion et résolution des litiges commerciaux et envoi des avoirs aux clients.
A successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur FMCG ou de la vente au détail.
- La connaissance d'SAP ou GD Edwards est un plus.
- Connaissance parfaite du néerlandais et bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
