- CRM, ERP /ppAs a Business Application Manager (BAM), you will oversee the lifecycle of corporate software—including CRM, ERP, and specialized tools—to ensure they align with business goals, run reliably, and remain secure. You will bridge the gap between IT and business users, managing vendor relationships, application upgrades, user access, and training. /pulliDesign, configure, maintain, and upgrade our business software applications in the fields of CRM, ERP and Business Reporting (cloud based). /liliAct as a key stakeholder in our business software upgrade projects:ulliLegacy CRM applications to Dynamics 365 Sales /liliLegacy ERP applications to Dynamics 365 Business Central /liliLegacy Business Reporting applications to Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Power BI. /li /ul /lilibStrategic Alignment: /bWork with stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our stack of business software enhances business efficiencyb. /b /lilibSupport Troubleshooting: /bProvide high-level technical support, analyse system malfunctions, and ensuring high availability and performance. /lilibGovernance Documentation: /bulliCreate and enforce application standards, security protocols, data integrity checks, and user documentation. /liliDesign, maintain and document our core business processes in collaboration with the different business entities and ensure that the business software support these processes. /li /ul /lilibVendor Management /b: Manage vendors relationship, and follow-up the budget for software licenses and support. /lilibSoftware Asset Management (SAM): /bBuild and maintain the comprehensive list of business application software and its related items (users, roles, licenses, etc.). /li /ulpbProfile /b /ppuProfessional profile background /u /pp
· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer science or equivalent through experience. /pp
· You have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. /pp
· You are able to understand and analyse business requests, provide conceptual solutions and turn them into reliable, scalable solutions for all users. /pp
· You have proven experience in BPM (Business Process Modelling). /pp
· You have proven relevant work experience(s) with some of the following technologies: /ppo Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. /ppo Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents). /ppo Microsoft Cloud Technology (especially Azure). /ppo Microsoft SQL Server. /ppo CAD / CAM software. /ppo Product Configuration software / Configure Price Quote (CPQ). /pp
· You have proven work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. /pp
· You are fluent in English and have a very good professional knowledge of Dutch and French (spoken and written). /ppuPersonal characteristics /u /pp
