Flexibility works both ways, taking account of team needs and urgent matters. /li /ulh3What your future may hold /h3pReporting to the Head of Risk Compliance, you will help implement the firm’s strategy while ensuring reliable day-to-day execution. Your workload will range from routine conflict checks to complex risk assessments and cross-office discussions. /ppYour responsibilities include: /pulliContributing to the implementation and execution of the firm’s bRisk Compliance strategy, /bincludingthe implementation of Intapp, bthe compliance client onboarding tool /b. Building expertise in the platform and become a key contact for its use within the team. /liliExecuting bday-to-day compliance checks and processes /b, including client onboarding, conflicts of interest, KYC/AML, DAC6, market abuse, GDPR and international sanctions /liliProviding bstructured analysis of potential risks /b and contributing to appropriate mitigation strategies /liliPreparing and delivering structured breporting /b on compliance matters to relevant stakeholders /liliActing as a bsenior point of reference /b within the team, providing guidance and bsupporting the supervision of team activities /b /liliDelivering btraining /b and awareness initiatives /liliCollaborating with Risk Compliance colleagues and other relevant stakeholders in bStibbe’s Luxembourg and Amsterdam offices /b /lilibWorking /bclosely with the Head of Risk Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and efficient execution of the firm’s compliance framework. /li /ulpYou will build your understanding of the regulatory requirements specific to a law firm and establish trusted relationships with the team, partners and lawyers. As the function evolves, you may also interact directly with clients. /ph3Your skillset /h3ulliYou hold a Master’s degree in Law and have at least four years of relevant experience in a legal and/or compliance environment. /liliYou have solid, practical knowledge of AML/KYC. You can take ownership of daily compliance work while developing expertise in the wider regulatory framework applicable to law firms. /liliYou are familiar with the implementation of compliance client onboarding tools (e.g. Intapp or similar platforms). /liliYou are process-minded, with strong attention to detail and the ability to improve and structure workflows. /liliYou combine a hands‑on approach with a sense of ownership and accountability. /liliYou have strong analytical and organisational skills. /liliYou demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to interact confidently with lawyers and business professionals. /liliYou are proactive and solution‑oriented. /liliYou are motivated to keep learning and build a long‑term career in compliance.
