pHello everyone We are currently looking for a bUI/UX Designer /b to join our team. /p h3About us /h3 pWe are an IT Consulting Group providing innovative digital solutions across Europe. /p pLearn more: /p h3The project /h3 pJoin an international project. Design and develop intuitive, accessible and visually consistent user interfaces, translating business and user requirements into effective UX/UI solutions. The project involves user journey analysis, wireframing, prototyping and design system management, as well as usability testing, accessibility validation and continuous improvement. Close collaboration with development and UX teams, leveraging user feedback, analytics and AI-assisted tools to optimise the user experience. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree equivalent to EQF Level 7 (Master’s degree or five years of higher education) and at least 5 years of IT professional experience; alternatively, EQF Level 6 (Bachelor’s degree or three years of higher education) and at least 7 years of IT professional experience. /li liSpoken and written English at C2 level or higher. /li liAt least 5 years of proven experience in: ul liUX and Interaction Design. /li liCreating and maintaining design systems. /li liAccessibility under WCAG 2.2 and/or WCAG 2.3. /li liUsing the NVDA screen reader or equivalent. /li /ul /li liHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js. /li liJava and the Spring Boot ecosystem are desirable due to the technical environment. /li liWireframing and prototyping tools, especially Figma; also Balsamiq, InVision, UxPin, Framer or equivalent. /li liResponsive design, web ergonomics, typography, colour, visual design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. /li liGit or equivalent version control. /li /ul h3What
