ppbFreelance Cloud Infrastructure Architect – Brussels, Belgium /b /p /brul /brlibFreelance contract /b /li /brlibBrussels, Belgium /b /li /brlibHybrid working model – 2 days per week on-site /b /li /brliLong-term project with the possibility of extension. /li /brliOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. /li /br /ul /brh3About the Role: /h3 /brpWe are looking for a skilled Freelance Cloud Infrastructure Architect to support the design and delivery of modern, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions for a leading enterprise based in Brussels. /p /brpWorking closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams, you will play a key role in defining cloud architecture, driving infrastructure transformation, and ensuring best practices across hybrid environments. /p /brpThis is an excellent opportunity for a freelance architect who enjoys working on enterprise-scale cloud initiatives and collaborating with multiple technical stakeholders. /p /brh3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 /brul /brliDesign scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures. /li /brliTranslate business and technical requirements into robust infrastructure solutions. /li /brliDefine infrastructure standards, governance, and architectural best practices. /li /brliLead cloud migration and modernization initiatives. /li /brliDesign highly available, resilient, and secure infrastructure platforms. /li /brliCollaborate with infrastructure engineers, security specialists, and solution architects. /li /brliProvide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. /li /brliEnsure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. /li /brliSupport architecture reviews and technical decision-making. /li /br /ul /brh3Required

Skills:
/h3 /brul /brliStrong experience in cloud infrastructure architecture (Azure preferred, AWS is a plus). /li /brliExperience designing hybrid cloud environments and enterprise infrastructure solutions. /li /brliKnowledge of virtualization, networking, security, and identity management. /li /brliExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. /li /brliFamiliarity with Kubernetes, containers, and modern DevOps practices. /li /brliStrong understanding of cloud security and architecture best practices. /li /brliExcellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders. /li /brliFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is an advantage. /li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile /h3 /brul /brli3–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with architectural responsibilities. /li /brliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliEnglish /li /brliDutch and/or French is an advantage. /li /br /ul /brh3Why Join? /h3 /brpJoin a high-impact digital transformation program where you'll help shape the future of enterprise infrastructure.
