Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will cover the entire recruitment process :Identification and analysis of needs;Writing and posting attractive advertisements;Search for candidates on job boards and social networks, and explore new sources of candidates;Candidate assessment (project highlighting, career assessment) and organization of interviews;Follow-up of candidates throughout the process, right up to contract signature;Participation in partner school forums and job fairs.
To achieve your objectives, you will create and develop a solid base of candidates, and build trusting relationships with both candidates and Business Managers.
You'll have access to a full range of acquisition tools, including job boards, professional social networks and internal databases.
Profile :You have a degree from a business school or a bachelor's or master's 2 in human resources;You are dynamic and organized;A first experience in recruitment is a real plus;Languages: fluent in French and English.#LI-AS1Bruxelles-Capitale | Brussels | CDI | MCA Belgium | fr-be
