As Sales Director Decorative Industry, you will play a key role in further developing this business: you will lead a compact and international team, drive new business, and strengthen Unilin’s position as a strategic partner for the furniture and interior industry. You will operate in an environment where product, market, design, and production are closely intertwined, and where you actively contribute to shaping the future of the decorative segment.
You lead and develop a team of 4 complementary sales professionals within the decorative industrial segment. You support your team in complex customer cases, negotiations, and key deals.

You define and drive the commercial strategy for the segment, aligned with the broader Unilin Panels strategy. You position Unilin as a high-quality, must-have partner in the industry.
You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as general management, marketing, product management, pricing and quality.
You strengthen the link with specification teams and ensure a consistent and profitable market approach.
You contribute to the further professionalization of the sales approach, including pricing and margin management. You will be responsible for regular reporting on sales performance and results, meaning that the position also includes an analytical component.
You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director. WHO ARE YOU? You have a master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in strategic sales roles. You gained your first experience in team/people management and you define yourself as a strong leader who gains energy from managing and developing people.
