/ppAs the bank’s first line of defense, OPC plays a key role in mitigating operational risks, from process inefficiencies to fraud and regulatory compliance.

We work closely with business units to identify risks, implement controls, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for both customers and employees.

/ppIn this role, you’ll focus on Professional Ethics (PE), Market Integrity (MI), Protection of Client Interests (PIC), and Fraud Prevention, domains that are foundational to our reputation and license to operate.

By enforcing conflict-of-interest management, fair client treatment, market abuse prevention, and anti-fraud measures, you’ll help uphold transparency, avoid legal/reputational risks, and reinforce trust.

/p pstrong AND IN DETAIL /strong /ppAs Account Manager (ACMA), you’ll act as the domain expert and orchestrator for OPC, serving as the key liaison between stakeholders, leadership, and governance forums.

/ppYour role includes: /pulliDomain Expertise Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of evolving regulations and best practices in Professional Ethics, Market Integrity, Protection of Client Interests, and Fraud Prevention.ulliBuild credibility by sharing insights with Second Line of Defense (LoD2) and peers.

/liliSimplify complex topics (e.g., market abuse, fraud schemes) for colleagues.

/li /ul /liliReporting Officer to Compliance Fraud Meetings; Represent OPC in compliance committees, ensuring accurate, transparent updates on PE/MI/PIC/Fraud topics.ulliPre-align with Compliance to address sensitive issues (e.g., control gaps).

/liliPresent data clearly, without jargon, linking updates to strategic priorities.

/li /ul /liliBacklog Roadmap Orchestration: Manage the PE/MI/PIC/Fraud backlog and translate it into a dynamic roadmap.ulliBalance competing demands between Compliance, OPC, and business units.

/liliCommunicate updates tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

/li /ul /liliInternal OPC Reference Point Guidance: Serve as the go-to expert for OPC colleagues (control developers, analysts).ulliLead structured workshops with actionable outcomes.
