What you'll do
- Lead & grow talent Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent Coach team leads, SME's and consultants to reach their full potential Drive performance, engagement, and career development Manage resourcing, utilization, and bench efficiently
- Drive client excellence Build strong, long-term client relationships Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction Act as a escalation point for complex delivery challenges Lead client workshops, define needs, and shape solutions
- Own delivery & performance Oversee end-to-end technical service delivery Ensure quality, efficiency and continuous improvement Manage scope, risks, KPI's, and service performance Contribute directly to client-facing, billable activities -Grow your practice Identify opportunities to expand your practice scope Contribute to business growth and capability development Support presales, bids, and solution design Help build innovative solutions and offerings
