- Logistics (EMEA)Department/Function: Supply ChainPurpose of the Job: The warehouse manager ensures a (cost) efficient, flexible design and organization of all warehouse processes. To this end, s/he organizes, coordinates and stimulates in such a way that the right products are delivered to customers at the desired moment at the lowest possible costs and with efficient and effective use of available resources (space, equipment and people).

Responsibilities:
(1) Warehouse managementLead, plan and motivate the work related to logistics related activities.
Set priorities, monitor progress so that the right products are delivered to customers at the desired moment at the lowest possible costsSwitch on and off qualified personnelMonitor the qualitative and quantitative execution of the work, both in operational and in stock technical area(2) Budget managementTranslate organizational strategy into departmental objectives, and then into critical success factors and performance indicatorsPropose, prepare and monitor departmental budgets and investment budgetsPrepare an investment or replacement budget(3) Process improvementSearch for new developments, machines, processes and methods to indicate opportunities and threats.
Optimizing studies of existing logistics processesParticipate in and manage multidisciplinary cross departmental projects(these can be both adaptation, expansion and renewal projects) to support the (supply chain) processes of the company to run as efficiently as possible.
Remain up to date with (legal) rules of working conditions and environmental regulationsRequirements:Bachelor degree in Logistics or Business administration.5-8 years of experience manufacturing organizations in automotive or similar industry.2 years of experiences in managing warehouse and working with 3PL, especially with setting up a new warehouse.
Good stakeholder management skill,Strong project management and planning skills,Proven track of continuous improvement implementationKnowledge or experience with SAP, Power BI, or any other Supply Chain tools is an advantageAvailable on site 5 days/week
