h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 pWithin the Digital Business Solutions (IT) department, the Works, GIS Customer unit supports and improves processes and applications linked to work management, asset management, network planning and customer relationship management. In this context, the GIS team manages and further develops the GIS and asset management landscape used by both office-based and field teams. /p pThe GIS environment acts as a central platform for asset data management across several energy domains, including electricity, gas, public lighting and fiber optics. The platform includes desktop and web-based GIS applications and is connected to other core systems such as workforce management and ADMS. /p pFor this assignment, we are looking for an experienced Team Manager ad interim to lead the GIS team and ensure the continuity of operations and delivery. /p ul liYou lead a team of around ten people, including application analysts, developers, project leaders and a technical architect. /li liYou set priorities for the team and align capacity with workload. /li liYou keep the team engaged and support individual growth through coaching. /li liYou manage the project portfolio linked to the GIS roadmap. /li liYou work closely with business stakeholders and architecture teams to define and support the evolution of the domain. /li liYou are accountable for delivery within agreed scope, budget and timing. /li liYou oversee corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the applications in scope, as well as user support. /liliYou organize the handling of incidents and change requests in line with internal processes and SLA commitments. /li liYou ensure proper monitoring of the application landscape and support stable, efficient operations. /li liYou manage the budgets required for the team's activities. /li liYou drive continuous improvement within the team. /li liYou are part of the management team and report to the head of department. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou are fluent in French. /li liYou have solid experience as an IT Manager or in coordinating an IT team within a medium-sized or large organization. /li liYou have experience leading an IT delivery team of at least 8 FTE. /li liYou bring senior-level experience in project management. /li liYou are familiar with ITIL. /li liYou have experience in the daily operational management of an ICT organization and in leading team members. /li liKnowledge of the utilities sector is required. /li liYou have strong experience with GIS environments. /li liExperience with Hexagon Networks technology is an important asset. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
