Building the skills, confidence and mindset to work alongside AI will be critical to how we innovate, collaborate and create value for customers. /p pWe're looking for an AI Enablement Manager who is passionate about helping employees confidently adopt AI and identify practical opportunities to rethink the way work gets done. You'll combine strong hands-on AI experience with coaching, enablement and learning to help employees integrate AI into their workflows and accelerate AI adoption across the business. /p pReporting to the Director of Talent Management Development, you'll lead our AI enablement initiatives, partner closely with Product Engineering, and help teams identify opportunities to use AI, rethink the way work gets done, and adopt new ways of working. /p pThis is a hybrid role based in our Brussels office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team. /p h3bAI Enablement Managers at Collibra are responsible for /b /h3 pbAccelerate AI Adoption /b /p ul liLead and design Collibra's AI enablement approach and programs to build AI maturity and accelerate the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working /li liPartner with leaders across the business to understand workflows and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities /li liHelp teams evaluate opportunities based on business impact, feasibility and responsible AI practices /li liBuild and lead an impactful AI Mentor network that drives AI adoption and surfaces learning needs and opportunities across functions /li liCoach leaders, teams and employees to identify AI opportunities, build practical solutions and integrate AI into how work gets done /li /ul pbLearning Experience Design /b /p ul liDevelop and deliver engaging workshops, enablement experiences, self-paced learning and practical guidance tailored to different audiences and skill levels /li liCreate scalable resources and tools that help employees discover, reuse and build on AI use cases, best practices and learning across the business /li liMeasure AI maturity and sustainable adoption, and gather business feedback to evaluate and continuously improve our enablement approach /li liContinuously evolve enablement approaches by leveraging AI, emerging technologies and learning best practices /li /ul pbProduct Engineering Learning Partnership /b /p ul liOwn and deliver the Product Engineering onboarding program /li liPartner with Product Engineering leaders to identify learning and enablement priorities, including opportunities to support AI adoption /li liTranslate enterprise learning initiatives into relevant experiences for technical audiences /li liSupport Product Engineering as ways of working and organizational priorities continue to evolve /li /ul h3bYou have /b /h3 ul liHands-on experience building practical AI solutions, including agents and automated workflows, to solve business problems and improve how work gets done /li liExperience assessing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve them through AI and automation /li liExceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences /li liExperience coaching others to confidently adopt AI and new ways of working /li liExperience facilitating engaging workshops and leading enablement sessions /li liStrong project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills /li /ul h3bYou are /b /h3 ul liPassionate about AI and emerging technologies /li liNaturally curious and eager to experiment with new tools and ways of working /li liAn engaging facilitator, coach and communicator /li liComfortable navigating ambiguity and translating ideas into practical solutions. /li liCollaborative and skilled at building partnerships across the business /li liOrganized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously /li /ul h3bMeasures of success /b /h3 pbWithin your first 3 months, you will: /b /p ul liBuild trusted relationships across the business and establish yourself as a credible AI coach and advisor to key stakeholders, AI Mentors and Product Engineering /li liAssess Collibra's current AI enablement approach and get sign-off from the People leadership team on a prioritized roadmap. /li liAssess and relaunch the AI Mentor network with clear expectations, priorities, resources and ways of working focused on driving AI adoption within each function /li liRun your first AI workshops, resulting in clear AI opportunities and next steps /li liTake ownership of Product Engineering onboarding and align with PE leaders on priority learning and enablement needs, including h
