It operates a robust infrastructure that facilitates the clearing, settlement, and safekeeping of a wide range of financial instruments.You will join the CISO office team that manages and coordinates:Organizational development of the CISO divisionSecurity governance structures (Group Security Committee, Service Dialogues...)Finances of the CISO divisionRelationship with regulators on security-related topicsEntity-based stakeholdersInformation Security reporting to executive managementService Definition and Delivery StatusSecurity awareness, culture and transformation What you'll doUnderstand and be familiar with the execution of the agreed cyber security strategy and policies across security, business, IT, local teams and senior stakeholders.Coordinate the operational security governance structure and forums including scheduling, preparing of inputs (such as forum materials, escalation matters, ...), required outputs (meeting minutes, actions to follow-up, approvals)Establish Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes & documentationCollaborate with the CISO Office Relationship management team to get a view on the regulatory reporting needs from the CSD's and to ensure the relevant information is shared with the applicable CSD in a timely manner.Maintain the Service Descriptions & the CISO service KPIsFollow-up of CISO office-related risk action plansDriving factor for CISO governance communication within the CISO office & towards the CISO division What you bringYou have experience in working with technical and business stakeholdersMinimum 3 years of practical experience in technical project/program managementA strong technical background of different technologies and infrastructure solutionsMore generally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to structure and organize the delivery of various technical and business topics and issues across Client, building and maintaining relationships with various divisions & service providersYou have an up-to-date knowledge of Cyber security trends, threats and defence strategiesYou have experience in IT security and business stakeholder engagementYou are experienced in the development and maintenance of security remediation activitiesProfessional certification such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor is an advantage.
