h3bTALENT LIAISON MANAGER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D) /b /h3 h3Tasks /h3 ul lipAct as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers /p /li lipManage complex employee relations and performance management cases. /p /li lipPrepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions /p /li lipAdvise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility. /p /li lipChallenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient /p /li lipSupport organizational changes and restructuring initiatives /p /li lipContribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation /p /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul lip8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years considered for strong candidates) /p /li lipStrong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations. /p /li lipProven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations /p /li lipExcellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills /p /li lipAbility to work independently with limited onboarding support /p /li lipHigh adaptability, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset /p /li lipFluent French and English, with basic Dutch language skills /p /li lipExperience in multinational organizations, pharmaceuticals or working with unions is an advantage /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbStart /b: ASAP /p pbDuration /b: 8 months /p pbCapacity /b: 5 days per week /p pbLocation /b: Belgium /p
